CASSA Vault Door is specifically designed to meet the needs of the high level of security required by banks, gold mines, financial institutions, money changers, jewelry shop in order to protect money and valuables in large numbers.
Door – The main and emergency vault door is protected by layers of armor – Steel plates that also acts as the housing of the door assembly, Hard Casting Alloy and CS 500, which has an extremely high resistance to burglary efforts by using oxy-acetylene welding, drilling, cutting tools, mechanical equipment explosions and others, as well as providing reliable protection against fire.
Vault Specifications
Door frame – 5mm thick steel plate.
Vault Lock – 8-key lever complete with double-bit keys and a 4-wheel combination lock (100 million variations of the code) which is equipped with a “Spy Proof Ring” and “Keylocking Dial “. The 8 lever key lock and 4-wheel combination have passed the UL Standard test.
Vault Locking Mechanism – Vault Door reinforced with a 4-way moving bolt system with a diameter of 51 mm on the left, right, top & bottom, to ensure maximum protection. The top and bottom are equipped with 2 locking bolts in order to protect against explosions.
Automatic Relocking Device – In the event of demolition by force or explosion, 2 auto safety devices will be activated automatically to lock the door semi-permanently.
Emergency Vault Door – With the same specifications as the main vault door, emergency doors is generally useful in emergencies when the main door cannot open because of the demolition by force or forgotten combination lock code, and can also serve as ventilation during business hours.Trellis Doors – Equipped with two 6-pin cylinder locks. Trellis Doors are required to provide protection when the main vault door and emergency vault door are open during office hours.
Vault Room Light Setting – Lighting can be controlled by a 15 Ampere micro switch, where the lights go out when the vault door closes.
Finishing – There are two options:
– Cream polyurethane paint combined with chrome plated handle and escutcheon.
– Stainless Steel finishing combined with chrome plated handle and escutcheon.
